Why did I spend 5 years getting my degree and teaching credential when there are NO jobs avaliable in Southern California?

Here's to subbing for the next year.

I'm sad.

Well, Maybe you need to be open to the option of teaching elsewhere.

Don't give up so easily! God has things planned out for you, and it will work out for your good.

Hang in there! Maybe there will be another wave of jobs posted soon...keep your fingers crossed for the slacker principals!

I just looked up the teaching jobs in Livermore, and there's a kindergarten position available :) Sherry's Inn just might be the place for you!

You obviously need to become a high school math teacher or a special ed teacher; they're still being hired in droves!
