I'm leaving in a couple hours to meet my team, and then we're off to Rwanda, Africa for 3 weeks.

Ragamuffintop Challenge: Week 4
I'm starting to get this whole moderation thing down. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're not. Don't eat when you're not hungry. Choose healthy foods; they are good for you and fill you up better and longer. Drink water. Exercise.
As of 30 minutes ago, my scale read: 127.6. YAY. That's down 2.4 pounds from last week, and a total of 4.6 pounds overall. Nice.
I'm getting so close to my goal of 120-125. Perhaps in a couple weeks?

On another completely unrelated note: One of my best friends, Ruth, is getting married tomorrow. I am a bridesmaid and I couldn't be more excited. I love you Hooch....Yay for your wedding!
Ragamuffintop Challenge Week 3: Much Better!
Welp...as of this morning, I am:
::::drumroll please:::::
130.0!!!! Yep, I lost 2.2 pounds this week. Gym 4 days this week, and cut back slightly on my snacking.
I've also been busy almost every second of everyday (totally by choice however, I'm not complaining), which helps with the not snacking thing.
Yay for finally starting to lose! The goal is still 120-125, so here's to about 5-10 more pounds! :-)

Ragamuffintop Week 2.
Welp...I had other things on my mind and my agenda this past week, so I only had 3 days of hard exercise.
So, my weight currently is: 132.2.
Yep, exactly the same as last week. Ah well, at least I didn't gain! Haha.
So, here's to trying this weight-loss thing again this week. Wish me luck!
